CT Shoreline's favorite ice cream truck. Garrett Sullivan purchased this vintage truck in 2019. This was "Papa Joe's" of Madison, CT passion for 30 years. Everybody knew Papa Joe. Garrett wanted to keep Papa Joe's legacy alive and has continued this Shoreline tradition.
